Jetco Home Watch is a home watch company proudly servicing the Southern Okanagan area including Peachland, Summerland, Penticton, Naramata, Oliver and Osoyoos for the last 10 years. Our staff have retired from extensive law enforcement careers and we are fully insured and bondable.
Jetco Home Watch Services will regularly visit and inspect your property to maximize security and provide peace-of-mind for your investment. Jetco Home Watch will inform their clients of all issues and is willing to coordinate solutions quickly and efficiently. In the case of any unforeseen emergencies, we have a team of certified sub-contractors to address such situations.
We provide an added level of security for commercial or residential properties that are unoccupied. This is ideal for times when the property owner is away and needs short term service during vacations, or for real estate transactions and bridging the gap between possession dates, or ongoing service for your income-generating rental properties. Many insurance companies also require vacant homes to be checked regularly for valid insurance coverage, or to reduce the cost of coverage premiums.
What We Provide
Jetco assesses each home with a systematic approach. Beyond the Home Security Checklist, our staff are trained to observe for anything that may seem unsual. Some of the common things we check for during every visit include:
